Acrylic and interference paint on paper,  2026
6″ x 6″

An experiment for larger works: pressing bubble wrap onto paper, layering colors. For the final layer I used interference paint which has mica… the mica creates a subtle iridescence that shifts the colors with the light.

Pressing the colors let the work evolve beyond what I could plan. I lost precise control and gained a interesting randomness.
