24 Hour Surf Park
Watercolor, acrylic paint and pencils on paper, 9″ x 6.5,″ 2005
I keep journals of illustrated ideas ‘Proposals.’
This artwork from the journal is about a surf park I imagined. These parks would be built at beaches. The parks would be built to make perfectly formed never ending waves. My notes on the back of the work include: Runs 24 hours, Waves change hourly, DJ’s playing Surf Music (Dick Dale), Reggae and Hip Hop, Nets to keep out animals.
Prints are available in various sizes, please contact me for more information.
The original artwork was created on watercolor paper from Japan. This work is made with professional grade fade-resistant pigments.
